The Buteyko Method is based on recognition and normalisation of dysfunctional breathing which can affect every organ and system in the body and is relevant to asthma, hay fever, snoring, sleep apnoea, anxiety, nasal congestion, chronic cough and impaired sporting and speaking performance.

Bruce C. Stark, will demonstrate techniques for addressing breathing problems from an Ortho-Bionomy perspective.

This event is held earlier on the day of our Annual General Meeting.
